PURPOSE: A coated film forming apparatus of fastening articles for the improvement of corrosion resistance is provided to mass-produce the fastening articles by processing automation of heat treatment for the coated film on materials.;CONSTITUTION: A coated film forming apparatus of fastening articles for the improvement of corrosion resistance comprises a furnace(110), a black coloring tank(200), a dryer(300), and a rust prevention device(400). A black coloring includes a first coloring raw material agent and a water-soluble black coloring. The first coloring raw material agent includes solid ultrafine particle carbon black bonded to a binder and butyl cellosolve. The water-soluble black coloring is obtained by mixing water with the mixture which is mixed water soluble polymer with a second coloring raw material agent including carbon and butyl cellosolve in a weight% proportion of three to two. Silicon oxide is added to the water-soluble black coloring as a refractory with 5wt% compared with the water-soluble black coloring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
