PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy member having a porous-type anodic oxide coating superior in cracking resistance and corrosion resistance formed on the surface of a substrate made from an aluminum alloy.;SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy member has the porous-type anodic oxide coating formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate which is composed of, by mass%, 0.4-1.5% Mg, 0.4-1.5% Si, 0.4-1.5% Mn, Fe, Cr and Cu contents respectively controlled to 0.03 mass% or less and the balance Al with unavoidable impurities. The film thickness of the coating film is 30 m or more, and a relationship between a porosity of the coating film and a true density of the coating film satisfies the condition of "porosity of coating film 61-7true density of coating film".;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
