摘要

PURPOSE: A tension coating agent composition with an excellent glossy property and electrical resistance, a method for forming an insulation film using the same, and a grain-oriented electrical steel plate using the method are provided to improve a thin film glossy property and electrical resistance by accelerating a drying rate and maximizing a surface packing effect. CONSTITUTION: A tension coating agent composition comprises a metal phosphate and colloidal silica as principal components while processing the insulating thin film of a grain-oriented electrical steel plate. The metal phosphate is the mixture of a first magnesium phosphate(Mg(H2PO4)2) and a first aluminium phosphate(Al(H2PO4)3). The tension coating agent for the grain-oriented electrical steel plate contains 30-60g of a colloidal silica solid content with 5-15nm of a particle size based on 100g of a metal phosphate solution.
