A method and system for implementing the character recognition is described. The input character is received. The input character is composed of one or more logical structure of a particular layout . The layout of the one or more logical structure is identified. One or more of the plurality of classifiers based on the layout of the one or more logical structure of a character input is selected. Full to the selected character is input sorter . These classifiers classify the logical structure. Thereafter they are combined with the output from the classifier to form a selected output character vector .
