PURPOSE: A clustering system and a method of cooperative robots at fault condition and a computer readable recording medium including a command executing the same method are provided to secure the stable performance of working robots even though a fault occurred in a specific cooperative robot. CONSTITUTION: A clustering system(1000) of cooperative robots comprises a robot searching unit(100), a communication loop forming unit(200), and a task substituted order designating unit(300). When a specific robot is in trouble, the robot searching unit searches a robot not faulted in a robot group by using a KNN(K-Nearest Neighbor) method. The communication loop forming unit forms a communication loop including existing normal robots and the replaced robot. The task substituted order designating unit forms substituted order for task of the robots.
