摘要

PURPOSE: An impact bar for checking the abrasion loss of an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene part is provided to conveniently implement maintenance by checking the abrasion loss during the operation of a conveyor system with naked eyes.;CONSTITUTION: An impact bar(100) for checking the abrasion loss of an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene part comprises a UHMW-PE member(101), a rubber member(102), and a display adding member(103). The UHMW-PE member is installed under a belt of a conveyor system and is contacted to the belt. The rubber member is coupled to the UHMW-PE member. The display adding member is impregnated at the bottom of the UHMW-PE member to visually check the abrasion loss of the UHMW-PE member.
