PURPOSE: The mass production method of germinated brown rice on phellinus linteus in a culture medium having a multi function for various purposes is provided to prevent the contamination of saprophytic bacteria and produce an even raw material in a low price. CONSTITUTION: A germination condition is set and brown rice is washed in order to produce a large amount of germinated brown rice on phellinus linteus by using a culture medium having a multi function for various purposes. Washed brown rice is dipped in a dipping liquid containing 0.01% chitosan solution and 10pp regulated sulfur liquid for 12-24 hours. Dipped brown rice is transferred to a culture medium having a multi function for various purposes and germinates at 37C for 1-2 days. Germinated brown rice is sterilized in 110-220C, 2Tor/m3 for 15-25 minutes. Sterilized brown rice is cooled at 25-37C through cooling water. Cooled brown rice is cultured in a sterilized state at 25-37C for 10-70 days by spreading saprophytic bacteria from a liquid saprophytic bacteria culture aquarium. Cultured brown rice is dried with the hot air of 40-110C. Dipping liquid is the organic germanium solution of 10ppm. A culture condition maintains a constant temperature and a constant humidity in the 60-80 % of relative humidity. A culture medium having a multi function for various purposes comprises a cylinder culture tank(20) supported by a support(10); a raw material inlet(21) injecting the raw material of culture liquid; a raw material outlet(22) discharging culture liquid; a hollow shaft(40) installed to be rotated by a drive unit(30) in a length direction inside of a cylinder culture tank and in which sterilizing water and sterilizing air are injected; multiple screw(50) having a spray nozzle(51) spraying sterilizing water and sterilizing air; and a implantation member(60) supplying sterilizing water and sterilizing air to the inside of a hollow shaft.
