PURPOSE: A sports game system using affiliated company mileage and a game method are provided to enable a viewer to participate in a sports game by using a sports video, thereby predicting the play result of the sports game. CONSTITUTION: A sports game system includes a sports game terminal (10), a sports game relay server (20), a sports game mileage server (30), a sports game main server (40), and an affiliated company mileage server (50). The sports game relay server stores broadcasting station member information corresponding to the unique identification number of the sports game terminal, game information, payment information, and the unique identification number. The sports game mileage server receives the broadcasting station member information and generates game mileage by converting affiliated company mileage. The sports game main server performs a calculation process according to a sports game result by transmitting the sports game information and receiving game mileage information. The sports game main server modifies and stores the game mileage information according to the result of the calculation process. The affiliated company mileage server deducts mileage processed by the sports game terminal. The sports game relay server includes a first data processing unit, a streaming transmission unit, a second data processing unit, a third data processing unit, and a fourth data processing unit. The sports game mileage server includes a game mileage inquiry unit, an affiliated company server connection unit, a game mileage payment unit, and a payment database.
