PURPOSE: A kettle for roasting coffee beans, which is mounted on a coffee machine is provided with a simple assembly process such that the failure rate of the product is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A kettle for roasting coffee beans comprises a body and a kettle cover. The body comprises a plurality of projections, a plurality of silver skin vents, a coffee bean outlet, a hinge connection part, a plurality of heater connection units, a cooling fan connection part, a hole, a plurality of motor frames, and a fixing unit. The kettle cover comprises a round heater(120), a mesh member(130), a unit for holding a smoke removing unit, and a guide for fixing the smoke removing unit. The unit for holding a smoke removing unit removes smoke. The kettle for roasting coffee beans is connected to the coffee machine through an upper flange.
