PURPOSE: An edge forming device using a mold is provided to form a smaller edge portion while maintaining the thickness of a curvature unit formed on a workpiece.;CONSTITUTION: An edge forming device using a mold includes an upper mold (210) and a lower mold (220). The upper mold is inserted into a workpiece(110) and presses the top end portion of the workpiece so that an edge unit is formed by secondarily forming an inner curvature unit. The workpiece is received in the lower mold, and an edge portion is formed by secondarily forming an outer curvature unit according to a pressure load of the upper mold. The inner curvature unit and the outer curvature unit of the workpiece are secondarily formed by the secondary plastic deformation of the deformation unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
