PURPOSE: A sheath for a mitral valve cerclage operation and a cerclage thread are provided to make an operation convenience by inserting the cerclage thread in which the stiffness is low into the sheath of a stretching state.;CONSTITUTION: A guide wire (20) passes through a first lumen (12). A second lumen (14) comprises a cerclage thread (30). The cerclage thread is included within the second lumen. The second lumen is penetrated to an insertion end of a sheath.
