FY-2F Achieved Almost 100Success Rate in Business Operation

摘要

It was reported recently by China Meteorological Administration that the success rate of the business operation of FY-2F,which was primarily manufactured by the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology(SAST),had reached 99.93%in 2013.Its accuracy for typhoon track forecast was 40%higher than that of the FY-2 series satellite which was put into use 10 years before.FY-2F has played a significant ro1e in the forecast of typhoon。
