PURPOSE: A feed additive for fresh-water eel using processed sulfur and vegetable lactobacillus, a producing method thereof, and a breeding method of the fresh-water eel using thereof are provided to reduce the death rate of the eel. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed additive for fresh-water eel using processed sulfur and vegetable lactobacillus comprises a step of cultivating lactobacillus and yeast in a medium containing bean curd dregs and glutinous rice. The lactobacillus is lactobacillus fermentum. The yeast is produced by mixing vegetable lactobacillus obtained from culturing pichia kluyveri with the processed sulfur. The feed additive contains 65-70% of vegetable lactobacillus and 30-35% of processed sulfur.
