FEED ADDITIVE FOR FRESHWATER EEL USING CITRON AND CULTURING METHOD OF FRESHWATER EEL

PURPOSE: A feed additive for breeding freshwater eel using citrus junos and a manufactured method thereof are provided to reduce fish smell of the freshwater eel while reducing death rate of the freshwater eel by using the feed additive manufactured with citrus junos juice and Rumex crispus extract. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive for breeding freshwater eel using citrus junos comprises the following steps: preparing citrus junos juice by squeezing citrus junos after aging the citrus junos with sugar for 1 ~ 2 months; filling a fermenting container with roots of docks and 5 ~ 15 parts of sugar by weight; storing a mixture mixed with the roots of docks and the sugar with 10 ~ 20 pars of a germanium ball by weight for 2 ~ 4 months; agitating the mixture 1 ~ 2 times; preparing dock extract by removing solids in the mixture with filter cloth; and mixing the dock extract with the citrus junos juice.
