PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a primer for coating is provided to manufacture a primer for coating, which maintains high transparency and adhesion, and excellent antistatic effect and adaptability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a primer for coating comprises a step of surface-treating antistatic inorganic metal particle with organic acid; a step of preparing a metal particle dispersion solution by emulsion dispersing the surface-treated inorganic metal particle; a step of manufacturing pre-emulsion solution; a step of manufacturing an inorganic particle-containing polymer latex after mixing the metal particle dispersion solution and pre-emulsion solution with a dispersant; and a step of manufacturing a primer by adding a surfactant and curing agent into the polymer latex.
