COMPOSITION COMPRISING LEAVES OF PEUCEDANUM JAPONICUM FOR RELIEVING HANGOVER OR FERMENTED LIQUOR HAVING LEAVES OF PEUCEDANUM JAPONICUM

PURPOSE: A hangover relieving composition and fermented alcoholic drink are provided to offer an ADH activation accelerating function for relieving hangover. CONSTITUTION: A hangover relieving composition contains Peucedanum japonicum Thunb leaf water, C1-C4 alcohol, or a mixed extract thereof. The hangover relieving composition additionally includes 1-40 parts by weight of more than one medical herb selected from Hovenia dulcis fruit, Paeoniae radix, Glycyrrhizae radix, mint, Chrysanthemum indicum, or jujube for 100 parts by weight of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb leaf. Fermented alcoholic drink containing the Peucedanum japonicum Thunb leaf is obtained by mixing 70-95 wt% of soju, and 5-30 wt% of Peucedanum japonicum Thunb leaf, and fermenting the mixture. The soju is selected from diluted spirit with the ethanol concentration of 30-45% (v/v), or distilled liquor soju.
