PURPOSE: An LED fishing lamp heat radiation structure has high energy efficiency and excellent heat radiation effects since the structure has a heat radiation structure of a liquid circulation cooling mode, where liquid, not air, is heated in an LED installation part and raised to a heat radiation part, and the liquid cooled in the heat radiation part is descended again to the LED installation part. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation structure of a fishing lamp using a light emitting diode (LED) (12a, 13a) as a luminous body comprises an LED installation part (10) installed with an LED; a heat radiation part (20) that is located on the upper part of the LED installation part and emits heat to the outside; a heat transferring liquid flowing unit (30) that forms a conduit line (31) connecting the LED installation part and the heat radiation part and allows the liquid filled in the conduit line to circulate the installation part and the heat radiation part by heating and cooling of the liquid. The heat radiation part has a liquid flowing pipe (21) of a coil type that is formed in a manner such that the liquid flowed into the heat radiation part through the heat transferring liquid flowing unit flows and contacts air outside; and a liquid assembly part (22) that is connected to the conduit line such that the liquid having passed the liquid flowing pipe is assembled and descends through the conduit line of the heat transferring liquid flowing unit.
