PURPOSE: A contact angle measuring device and a method thereof are provided to obtain images of the top surface and the lateral surface of a droplet at the same time and to measure a contact angle of the droplet based on the height of the droplet measured by using the images of the lateral surface of the droplet and the diameter of the droplet measured by using the images of the top surface of the droplet.;CONSTITUTION: A contact angle measuring device includes a first optical unit (10), a second optical unit (20), and an image unit (30). The first optical unit provides images of the top surface of a target droplet. The second optical unit provides images of the lateral surface of the target objet. The image unit acquires the images of the upper and lateral surfaces at the same time.
