PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of feed for ducks with sulfur is provided to breed the duck with sulfur using food and marine product waste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of feed for ducks with sulfur comprises: making fish porridge by boiling 0.1-0.2% of sulfur every day for the first two weeks, 0.2-0.3% of sulfur every day from the second week to seventh week, 0.3-1.0% of sulfur every day from seventh week to fourth month, and 3-5% of sulfur every day from fourth month compared to the whole feed amount with fish and water; mixing the fish porridge with food waste containing marine products, marine product waste from marine product processing, rice bran, and barley at a ratio of 1:15; and fermenting the mixture at 74-79 deg. C for 18-24 hours. The leftover food, marine product waste, rice bran and barley are mixed at the ratio of 5:5:4:1. The food waste is leftover food in which main materials are from raw fish restaurants, sashimi restaurants, and Japanese restaurants.
