PURPOSE: An advertisement exposure order management device and a management method thereof are provided to execute a sensible advertisement for an advertiser by calculating street advertisement rankings and bidding advertisement rankings.;CONSTITUTION: An advertisement registration module stores information for an advertiser in an advertisement database (DB) (S31). The advertisement registration module stores information for an advertisement location in the advertisement DB (S32). When advertisement costs are deposited from an advertiser who registers an advertisement, the advertisement costs are stored in the account DB of the advertiser (S33). A bidding advertisement ranking management module stores the advertisement cost in a bidding advertisement ranking DB (S34). When a client is connected, a client location confirmation module confirms the location information of the connected client (S35). A street advertisement ranking determination module stores street advertisement rankings in a street advertisement ranking DB based on the location of the client (S36). The street advertisement ranking determination module stores final advertisement rankings in a final advertisement ranking DB by calculating the bidding advertisement rankings and the street advertisement rankings (S37). An advertisement exposure module exposes advertisements to the connected clients according to advertisement rankings (S38).
