The present invention relates to a construction method of a nonslip pavement for a tennis court. Particularly, the construction method is as follows. An elastic layer which uses polyurethane or rubber chips is spread on the surface of asphalt or concrete. A primer layer, an intermediate coating layer, and a top coating layer are successively spread on the elastic layer using water-soluble polyurethane acrylate as a binder. The nonslip pavement has the same friction coefficient as an acryl-based floor material and has rebound resilience which is similar to a polyurethane-based floor material.
