PURPOSE: A structure for preventing the inflow of rainwater and a wind power generator having the same are provided to install the same between a spinner and a nacelle, thereby preventing the rainwater from flowing between the spinner and the nacelle. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing the inflow of rainwater includes a housing part and a rainwater preventing part. The housing part at the front of a nacelle (3) houses a ring-shaped end portion extended to a spinner (6). The rainwater preventing part at one side of the front of the housing part covers a space between the one side and the outer circumferential surface of the spinner. The housing part protrudes from the front side of the nacelle forwards, and has a ring-shaped first protrusion and second protrusion. The first protrusion and the second protrusion are concentrically formed. The rear end of the spinner is placed between the first protrusion and the second protrusion.
