FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hygiene of children and teenagers, and can be used for estimation of organism state of pre-school children on the basis of analysis of integral pedagogical, psychological, social, physical and medical characteristics, as well as for estimation of health-improving work efficiency in pre-school educational establishments in dynamics of educational year. To perform distribution of pre-school children into groups of observation, attention and risk, kindergarten specialists: teacher-educator, psychologist, social teacher, teacher of physical culture, nurse determine integral characteristics of each child's organism state. Estimation is given in accordance with principle of traffic lights: absence of development disorders (green light), insignificant disorders (yellow light) and expressed disorders (red light) and enter colours into cells of table, into whose lines child's name and surname are written, and whose columns present pedagogical, psychological, social, physical and medical characteristics. After that, cells, corresponding to each colour are calculated, their number is related to total number of cells in table and distribution of children into groups of observation (observation), attention (yellow colour) and risk (red colour) both for a separate group of children and for children of the whole kindergarten is determined.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of organism state due to analysis of individual characteristics of each child.;3 tbl, 3 ex
