The method according to one of claims 1 to 3, in which a portion of the first liquid is separated from the PCV-2 antigen by performing a filtration step using a filter. The method according to claim 3, in which the stage of concentration and the stage of adding liquid is carried out almost simultaneously. The method of claim 4, wherein the filter comprises a semipermeable membrane.
