UNIT OF COMMUNICATION INCORPORATED WITH SAFETY SYSTEM WITH MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRAIN BUS MVB (UNIT GATE-CAN-MVB)

FIELD: transport.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, particularly, to railway ACS, communication and remote control systems incorporated with complex control and safety system at high-speed trains. Unit comprises control device, locomotive interface converter and CAN-RS module. Said module comprises first and second central processors with two data processing channels and single output interface RS485. Every processor is connected with inner and outer CAN-interface converters and RS232 interface. RS232 interface I/O of the first CP interface is connected to train radio station while RS232 interface of the second CP interface makes a standby component. Inputs/outputs on inner CAN-interface converters are connected to locomotive safety device while those of outer CAN-interface converter are connected to locomotive hardware. Locomotive interface converter is composed of MVB module while control device is composed of CHS module. Modules of the GATE-CAN-MVB unit are integrated into integral data system via common data bus.;EFFECT: galvanic and data isolation of two CAN local network segments, multifunctional bus MVB and two serial interfaces RS232.;4 dwg
