FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: vector of surface expression is proposed, which expresses constitutively the high level of antigenic protein of human papillomavirus (HPV), for obtaining HPV vaccines where the vector comprises a gene encoding the mutant protein gerE, a promoter, a complex gene of poly-gamma-glutamatesynthetase and a gene which is connected to a complex gene of poly-gamma-glutamatesynthetase and encodes an antigenic protein of human papillomavirus associated with the induction of tumor.
