The indexing unit comprises a tooth (551) arranged on the coupling member and engaged with another tooth (91), where the latter tooth is arranged on an intermediate element (9) integrated to the cover. The return unit exerts axial force (F1) along a rotational axis (A-A) of the crown and oriented toward the interior of the crown.
