The windmill (2) has two pivotally mounted blades (7,8) located on horizontal swivel wing axis (1), such that the rotary vane angle (gamma) between blade planes (9,10) is equal to 90[deg] . In the intermediate position of blades, the penetrating portions (11-11,12-12) of blade planes are formed perpendicular to the axis. If the blade (7) rotates in circular direction under wind pressure, its wind pressure point is located below the axis and the blade (8) occupies working position, to increase energy inflow of windmill, such that the wind pressure point of blade (8) is set on the axis.
