The technical result of the invention is the possibility to provide a luminous flux color control of a white light emitting diode and the glare control of the light emitting surface. This is achieved by converting the luminous flux of a white-light diode by means of luminophore, which is arranged on the surface and / or in the material of a carrier, and that the light is subsequently dissipated with the aid of spatially structured elements. The quantitative characteristics of the specific luminophore load and the distance between the light-emitting surface and the carrier can be found in the description. Individual embodiments for carrying out the method in a lighting device are specified.
