The package has a set of collection troughs (3, 3.1) formed in a holding tray (2) for retaining air-sensitive subject matters i.e. welding wires, where the troughs are covered by a covering i.e. transparent film. Desiccant is inserted into one of the troughs, where the tray is made of pliable material. The troughs are offset from each other and are arranged in the form of relay with respect to each other. The package is manufactured from flexible material such as carton or paper such as volatile corrosion inhibitor paper.
