An independent claim is also included for an apparatus (1) for pressing the cocoa press cake and cocoa butter, comprising: a pressing device with at least one supplying device (10) for continuously filling the raw material; an outlet (40) for cocoa butter; an outlet (50) for cocoa press cake; and a recycling device for recycling the portion of the pressed cocoa press cake into the supply device.
