The slide bearing composite material (2) comprises a metallic support layer made of steel, a porous metallic sliding and carrier layer (6), made of bronze, applied on the support layer, a lubricating layer material (10), based on polytetrafluoroethylene, introduced in pores of the sliding and carrier layer, and fillers improving tribological properties. The porous sliding and carrier layer is partly provided on its side facing a sliding partner with a dispersion coating (12) that is electrically or chemically separated on it, or is provided with dispersed tribological active ingredients. The slide bearing composite material (2) comprises a metallic support layer made of steel, a porous metallic sliding and carrier layer (6), made of bronze, applied on the support layer, a lubricating layer material (10), based on polytetrafluoroethylene, introduced in pores of the sliding and carrier layer, and fillers improving tribological properties. The porous sliding and carrier layer is partly provided on its side facing a sliding partner with a dispersion coating (12) that is electrically or chemically separated on it, or is provided with dispersed tribological active ingredients. The dispersion coating is separated on the porous sliding and carrier layer and introduced, before or after the lubricating layer material, on the polymeric plastic base into the pores of the sliding and carrier layer. The lubricating layer material forms an intake layer having a thickness of 15 mu m so that particles (8) of the porous sliding and carrier layer are exposed on the side facing the sliding partner. The dispersion coating is based on nickel phosphorus with 15-25 vol.% of polytetrafluoroethylene as a tribological effective component and has a thickness of 5-8 mu m.
