Producing any kind of meat mass, meat product, brat, or farce in two phases, comprises crushing a lean red meat with a fat content of not 20%, to a size of 0.5 mm-1 nm, or cutting the lean red meat in a cutter at 14-43[deg] C, to obtain meat mixture, and optionally adding fat, water, ice, vegetables or dairy products, and binders, phosphates, chemicals, additives, durable materials and acids.
