The device (1) has guide vanes (3) for alteration of an incident flow of a turbine wheel of a turbine. A rotary ring (4) rotates the guide vanes and is arranged coaxial to a carrier ring (2). The rotary ring is rotatably arranged at the carrier ring. The carrier ring is axially positionable indirectly or directly by another rotary ring (11) along a symmetry axis (9). The carrier ring and the latter rotary ring are co-axially arranged in a force-transferable manner. Annular surfaces (13, 15) i.e. annular end surfaces (14, 16), of the rotary rings are provided in contact with each other. An independent claim is also included for a turbine for a turbo-supercharger.
