Disclosed is a coaxial microwave - bolometers - architecture, which in a thick-film process, very small thermal doors constructed on a substrate, which is selected for low heat transmission. The thermal insulation is further improved by the planar electrodes made of a metal having a lower heat transfer as a conventional electrical metals are made. Furthermore, a resistor with a very strong temperature coefficient (thermistor) arranged in such a way that metal paths which are connected to one another axially and as a generally flat, thin, planar conductors which are arranged.
