The system has a communication unit connected with a decentralized charge controller for securing a stored communication sequence in network subscribers. A power vector transmitting unit of the communication unit transmits data to the subscribers, and a power vector supports data by a charge control function and network information for vehicles. The data is read or written within a communication string of charging stations. The decentralized charge controller resumes prioritization of charging process based on charging parameters to be provided over a net vector from the subscribers. An independent claim is also included for a method for coordinative loading electric cars in a low-voltage distributed network with energy.
