The device comprises input terminals (BP,BN) of a transmission coupler (TxC) and output terminals (BP1,BN1) of the receiving coupler (RxC), which are connected together with two conductors (TL1,TL2) through a transmission line (TL), by which a difference signal with a direct current voltage component is transmitted between the transmission coupler and the receiving coupler. Both conductors are coupled with each other in the transmission coupler and the receiving coupler through a terminal resistance arrangement (R1). The conductor is capacitively coupled with the terminal resistance arrangement of the transmission coupler and the receiving coupler through a capacitor (C1,C2).
