The element (1) has a vertical partition comprising front, rear and peripheral surfaces. A stool (6) is placed along a horizontal edge of the front surface. Vertical and horizontal ribs form a cell grid (10) with the stool and another stool (7), where the grid is filled with insulation material i.e. expanded foam blocks, and receives an interior trim plate masking the grid. A heel (23) creates a support surface and a sealing baffle. Fixation members e.g. screw and bush assemble the element with another element, where the partition, ribs and stools are made of high performance concrete.
