The vehicle has a fluid cooling exchanger i.e. cooling radiator (4), housed in an engine compartment. A component i.e. drive train (7), is housed in the compartment at proximity of the exchanger, where the drive train includes an internal combustion engine to drive the vehicle. The exchanger is movably mounted with respect to the component. A logic controller (14) controls a position of the exchanger with respect to the component according to functional conditions of the vehicle. An air-conditioning circuit condenser is movably mounted along a transversal axis (Y) of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for cooling a motor vehicle.
