The system (12) has an elastic support (3) adapted to be fixed to a body of a vehicle, where the system is integrated to a fastening element (2) that fixes a power unit to the vehicle body. A bearing plate (4) is supported by the elastic support, and includes a projection element that is shaped to be introduced into a recess formed in the elastic support. An intermediate support (5) is fixed to a lower face of the plate and to the power unit. A reinforcement (13) is fixed to the power unit and an overhanging part of the plate. The plate and the supports form the fastening element.
