The mouthpiece (N2) has a cone shaped body with a small opening for talking purposes and a large opening (N3) for providing amplified sound as output. A backsheet is utilized for carrying an object (N5). A small hole is cut in the mouthpiece, where the cut is utilized for affixing the mouthpiece to the mouth of a wearer. Sound of the voice is amplified naturally. A set of three perforations is arranged on the mouthpiece, where the perforations have circumference of 8 cm for allowing fingers to pass through the object for wearing of the object by the user.
