The device (300) has a tactile display screen (104) e.g. LCD screen, that is arranged in/on a rotating unit i.e. steering wheel (106), of a vehicle e.g. car. The display screen is arranged to perform a display in predetermined direction (114) regardless of angle of rotation of the rotating unit. A sensor (108) measures swing angle of the rotating unit. An adjustment module (110) adjusts display angle on a level of the display screen as a function of the swing angle such that the display screen provides display in predetermined direction. An independent claim is also included for a display method.
