The device has a set of generators (G1-Gn), a set of batteries (B1-Bn) that is connected to an uninterruptible power supply, and a set of motors (M1-M4). An electronic processing circuit e.g. microcontroller, is arranged with a set of sensors, and a propeller is allowed to move under pressure such that the propeller ensures rotation of a rotor of the set of generators to produce electrical energy that is supplied to the set of batteries. The motors are connected with the electronic processing circuit and a fuel system.
