The device has a thermosensitive device (5) adapted to be deformed passively according to temperature of fluid circulating on level of the thermosensitive device. The deformation modifies cross-section of stream discharge of the fluid in a fluid circuit and limits flow of the fluid according to the temperature of the fluid to the level of the thermosensitive device. The thermosensitive device is of a type having a bistable behavior, and includes a thermal switch supporting a valve and acts as a thermosensitive capsule with thermal dilation with/without phase shift. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling temperature of a fluid circulating in a fluid circuit.
