The device has foldable pads (2, 5) allowing quick adjustment of a sheet and flagstones of a terrace (4). Notches are arranged for evacuation of water from drains of a window and a door of a passage of a guide roller shutter of a door window. A perforated tale (1) is provided on a folding side of each pad for recovering a slope of a support piece (3). The folding side of the pad is shaped to provide support to a slab or a plate according to thickness of the terrace. A resilient strip (11) is provided under the foldable pads between the device and the support piece.
