The device has an emission source (10) for emitting a light beam (12) having a transmission band of given wavelength. A power supplying unit (20) e.g. battery, supplies power to the emission source. A guiding unit (30) applies part of the light beam at an exit of the emission source to a zone (Zo) that is close to dysfunction eye. The emission source comprises a light source (14) e.g. solid laser, with broadband emission spectrum. An optical band-width filter (16) is approximately equal to a given emission wavelength band-width. The filter is arranged at an exit of the light source.
