PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard test piece in which the position and size of an inclusion in a metal material are clearly specified, an analyzer which is calibrated using the standard test piece, a mechanical component which is inspected using the analyzer, and a method of manufacturing the standard test piece.;SOLUTION: A standard test piece 10 is formed by joining a plurality of test pieces 11 and 12 made of metal. The standard test piece 10 is characterized in that, on junction interfaces 11a and 12a of the plurality of test pieces 11 and 12, particles 13 are arranged which are made of a material different from that of the test pieces 11 and 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
