PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a high image clarity property by retaining an aesthetic property of appearance of a coating film surface without unnecessary irregularity, reducing working process time without occurrence of air bubbles, and transferring a glossy surface of a clear film to a color steel plate without lowering yield.;SOLUTION: A production system of a PCM color steel plate includes: a first coating apparatus that coats a back face of a clear film with an ultraviolet-curable coating composition; a film lamination apparatus that is disposed on a downstream of the apparatus and laminates a clear film coated with the coating composition to one surface of a steel plate; a film crimp apparatus that is disposed on a downstream of the lamination apparatus and crimps the clear film coated with the coating composition to be adhered to the steel plate; a first ultraviolet radiation apparatus that is disposed on a downstream of the crimp apparatus and radiates ultraviolet to cure the coating composition to form a coated film; and a film removing apparatus that is disposed on a downstream of the ultraviolet radiation apparatus and removes the clear film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
