PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible sterilization agent which is excellent in portability and have a high sterilization effect in spite of being alcohol free and edible sterilization agent set including the edible sterilization agent.;SOLUTION: An edible sterilization agent in powdery or tablet form comprising an organic acid, powdery lactic acid and quaternary ammonium chloride is provided. In the sterilization agent, the organic acid comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium iron citrate, tartaric acid, lactic acid, malic acid and adipic acid and the powdery lactic acid comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of lactic acid, calcium lactate and ion lactate and a fine powdery silicon dioxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
