PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core bar unit for baking baumkuchen, allowing a user to wind a release paper around without using a string.;SOLUTION: A core bar unit (1) for baking baumkuchen includes a core bar part (2), a rotary shaft (3), and a paper stopping member (4). The paper stopping member (4) includes a first cylindrical part (41), a second cylindrical part (42), and an annular pedestal part (43). The first cylindrical part (41) is erected from the inner peripheral edge of the pedestal part (43), and the second cylindrical part (42) is erected from the outer peripheral edge of the pedestal part (43). The first cylindrical part (41) has a diameter smaller than that of the second cylindrical part (42), and a gap is formed between the first cylindrical part (41) and the second cylindrical part (42). A release paper (5) is fixed by winding the release paper (5) around the surface of the core bar part (2), and putting an edge part (51) thereof between the gap between the first cylindrical part (41) and the second cylindrical part (42).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
